Arlette is the co-founder of Aspire Services. She manages the back office operations and extends logistic support. Prior to Aspire, she had 15 years of working experience with organizations and entities in UK, Jordan and Qatar. Her key areas of expertise include Finance & Administration, Procurement and Vendor Management, Human Resources and Client relationship management. She has been a successful entrepreneur for the past 8 years and has extensive dealings with multinational businesses. She is a Business Administration graduate from Richmond College in London, UK. She also holds a diploma in Gemology from the Jewelry Institute of Lebanon, Beirut. |

Venkatesh had 22 years of working experience, 14 of them in the publishing industry, prior to joining Aspire in 2004. He has managed backend and support functions for business houses in India. His forte is general management, operations, corporate communication, marketing research & support, project documentation and project coordination. He has over 100 published articles on human resource management and self development. He has conceptualized and implemented Management and Information Systems for three medium sized companies. Past employers include Indian Express Newspapers (B) Limited and Strategic Press (I) Pvt Limited. Wafa was fresher when she joined Aspire as a QA Analyst in 2003. She rose quickly to be a supervisor and subsequently grew to lead a team of QA Analysts. She has substantial knowledge on the site requirements and actively involves in the functionality and regression testing. She reviews the automated scripts to ensure they conform to the requirements from the client. She manages one of the teams of Manual testing. She is intensively involved in client interaction and contributes significantly in test planning, execution and resource management. She is one of the key resources for knowledge transfer. Armed with his programming skills in Matlab, Assembly, C++, Java, ASP, PHP and DHTML, he grew quickly to lead the team of Web Developers in Aspire. Mohammad was into his first trimester as a Technical Support, when he joined Aspire in 2005. From being a QA Analyst, he trained himself to be a Systems Analyst and took the challenge of being on the core team that set up the Customer Support department of Aspire.
