Kaushal is the founder of Aspire Services. He leads the team with his corporate vision and directs the operations. Prior to Aspire, he acquired 14 years of experience in working with teams, managing large and medium scale infrastructure and IT projects. His international project experience extends to countries like USA, UK, India, Jordan, Lebanon, Qatar and Brunei. His key areas of expertise include Resource tracking, Technology induction, Project coordination, Client management, Human Resource management and evolving management & information systems. He has an MBA from Huron University USA in London, UK.

Arlette is the co-founder of Aspire Services. She manages the back office operations and extends logistic support. Prior to Aspire, she had 15 years of working experience with organizations and entities in UK, Jordan and Qatar. Her key areas of expertise include Finance & Administration, Procurement and Vendor Management, Human Resources and Client relationship management. She has been a successful entrepreneur for the past 8 years and has extensive dealings with multinational businesses. She is a Business Administration graduate from Richmond College in London, UK. She also holds a diploma in Gemology from the Jewelry Institute of Lebanon, Beirut.

Sudha had about 18 years of experience in Sales & Marketing prior to joining Aspire in 2007. She has been working with the Medical Device industry as well as non-profit organizations with responsibilities ranging from Sales & Marketing to Program Management. She has a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master's in Marketing Management from the University of Mumbai. Former employers include United Way of Mumbai, Indus Medical Innovations, Boston Scientific, Globe Bio-Medicals, Personnel Search Services and Vishal Surgical Equipment Company.

Eyad had about 6 years of experience as Business Analyst/Quality Analyst/Project Coordinator, prior to joining Aspire in 2005. He has been involved in data gathering, analyzing, testing and implementing IT solutions for various industries. He has established, monitored and managed Quality Control/ Control activities within enterprise solution development environments. A Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan, he has a certification from LRQA (Lloyds Register Quality Control) on interpretation and appreciation. He was awarded Industrial Engineering Excellence Award for the work he carried out in his studies. Former employers/ clients include Simtix LLC, Integrant Inc., Universe Software, Saudi Arabian Airlines, and Credit.Org.

Osama had about 10 years of experience in developing and building e-solutions, as well as Implementing projects and services on the Internet/Intranet, prior to joining Aspire in 2006. He has extensive experience in developing security systems, e-payment Gateway, Web-based exhibition management, N-tier Architecture systems, live-web broadcast solutions, Media Broadcasting Application, NetShow Server, VPN and Remote Access solutions etc. A Computer Engineering graduate from Jordan University of Science & Technology, with additional sub-degree in Communication Engineering, he is also a CCPS (Compex Certified Product Specialist ), and attended courses in Microsoft Exchange Disaster Recovery, RUP, UML and so on. Former employers/ clients include Jordan Company for Computer Services, JOINNET Internet Service Provider, Horizons Media (Doha, Qatar), SigmaSoft Inc. (In Amman, Jordan as well as Dublin, Ireland), Edimension and Simtix.

Imad had over 11 years of experience in Project management, Software Architecture, design & development of Client/Server and Internet/Intranet based applications, e-Commerce and Web Services, prior to joining Aspire in 2005. His extensive and intensive experience is augmented with significant achievements in the finance, banking, insurance and automobile sectors. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Jordan, he has worked in the United States for three years. Former employers/ clients include Integrant Inc, AMS Holding Group, OneSoft Corporation, One World Software Solutions and Autographics Co.

Venkatesh had 22 years of working experience, 14 of them in the publishing industry, prior to joining Aspire in 2004. He has managed backend and support functions for business houses in India. His forte is general management, operations, corporate communication, marketing research & support, project documentation and project coordination. He has over 100 published articles on human resource management and self development. He has conceptualized and implemented Management and Information Systems for three medium sized companies. Past employers include Indian Express Newspapers (B) Limited and Strategic Press (I) Pvt Limited. He has also had management consultancy assignments with a variety of clients, including Sun Fiji News Limited in Fiji Islands.
