Our QC Methodology
Our testing methodology ensures that your existing product standards are maintained and that documentation of test cases and test results are provided. The orientation of our processes is to comprehensively address all your needs and accommodate modifications to suit the requirement. This process customization also enforces, supports, and facilitates configuration management and change management. Our defined methodology is as follows:
Determine and document the specific QC requirements.
Define the specific quality objectives, scope of the QC effort and create a strategy which results in a QC plan.
Develop detailed test plans defining the testing techniques, tools, automation scripting requirements, resource requirements, timeframes and reporting procedures.
Design the tests. Develop/ validate/ consolidate the test cases. Develop and test any requisite automation scripts.
Set up the testing environment with the requisite hardware, software and network configurations.
Perform the tests as per the plans, and capture the defects.
Maintain and deliver the log of defects.
Report results ready to be analyzed.
 
All of this is planned in conjunction with the clients existing QC internal processes and this methodology can be customized for your requirements.
We also continuously improve and upgrade our processes and methodology to stay up-to-date with the latest in industry trends.
