  Job Description:
As a Lead for a team of development engineers, you will be the interface between the team and the client. You will understand and assimilate the client requirements, support to create documents as required, allocate tasks to the team, monitor the development and coordinate reporting to the client. You will provide technical and managerial support to the Engineers to develop tools to handle dynamic content, e-applications, e-transactions, PDA interface and e-tools with the help of latest web technologies.

Skills:
- 6-8 yrs of Software development experience with minimum of 2-4 yrs as Team lead and .Net application development experience
- Expert in .Net Framework (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C#)
- Expert in Oracle 9i, PL/SQL and Database design
- Experience in more than one of the following; CSS, XML, XSLT, Nant, NUnit, NDoc, FXCop, OO Designing, IIS Admin/Setup, Build/Deployment methodologies
- Experience in Technical Documentation, Code Reviews, Industry/Coding Standards, High-level Architecture and systems design

Position: Senior Software Engineer (code: AS-SE)
Job Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be assisting the Lead Engineer in leading and guiding task teams engineering applications to handle dynamic content, e-applications, e-transactions, PDA interface and e-tools with the help of latest web technologies.

Skills:
- 4-6 yrs of Software development experience with minimum of 2-3 yrs of .Net web application development experience

Position: Oracle DBA (code: AS-ODBA)
Job Description:
As An Oracle DBA, you will act as a mentor to other team members, consult on their field, and participate in hands on database activities. Duties will include performing database maintenance, technical support, supporting on-going application development, support ongoing application training, installation and upgrades of Oracle applications.

Skills:
- A minimum of 3 years experience.
- Experience with clustering techniques of Oracle 10G/9i RAC.
- Support on Windows and Unix platforms.
- UNIX Shell scripting.
- Performance & Tuning experience.
- Hot/Warm/Cold backups and RMAN.
- Performance & Tuning of medium to large database.

Position: Project Coordinator (code: AS-PC)
  Job Description:
As a Project Coordinator, you will be the Point-of-Contact between the Client and Project teams. You will understand the client requirements, assist the Project Manager to allocate tasks to Project teams, follow-up and report progress to the Project Manager and the Client, assist the Project Manager and HR department in Resource Management, monitor and report resource utilization hours, assist in the document control, version management, client feedback and organizational Quality Processes.

Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in Software Project Coordination
- Excellent communication skills in writtten and spoken English
- Expert in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, web based management systems
- Experience in Project/ Resource Managemment software (MS Project preferred)
- Experience in HR management systems and MIS
- Exposure to web-development projects preferred
- Engineering/ Science graduates preferred

Position: Application Analyst (code: AS-AA)
Job Description:
As an Application Analyst, you will act as the technical expert for execution of projects to meet client’s expectations of performance and functionality. You will identify engineering bottlenecks and assist to provide systemic solutions. You will identify, report and assist to resolve project risks in a proactive manner. You will be accountable for the quality of project execution, timeliness of delivery and documentation of all project work.
Skills:
- 2+ years technical support or implementation experience in an application development environment
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Expertise in web application development front end and back end - .Net, Oracle 9i, Open source technology and tools preferred
- Exposure to application engineering methodologies, client server architecture, legacy systems, systems integration
- Exposure to Network/ Data security protocols

Position: Network Operations Engineer (code: AS-NE)
Job Description:
The NOC Engineer will be responsible for monitoring, break-fix and other operational duties as assigned. Duties will be diversified in Network and System administration. The NOC Engineer will be responsible for first, second and third level support, proactive monitoring, and internal/external communication including interacting with vendors, clients and third parties to ensure timely resolution of trouble reports. This position requires a rotating schedule and operates 7x24.
Skills:
- Computer engineering or related degree.
- 0-1 years related work experience.
- CCNA/MSCE certifications are preferred.
- Comfortable with MS Windows systems administration.
- Must be able to find answers to technical problems through a variety of mediums.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to interpret complex topics.

Position: Network Administrator (code: AS-NA)
Job Description:
As a Network Administrator, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, managing and administration of 100-150 PCs and three-tier server network. You will identify, formulate and manage access, control and security protocols over a multi-location development environment. You will coordinate and enable unhindered LAN service by proactively planning and managing the system, network and connectivity issues. You will provide problem-solving services to network users - Install, maintain, troubleshoot and upgrade hardware and software, back-up management, memory management, virus control, anti-spamming and fire-wall management.
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience of designing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering the local area networks (LANs) and wide area networks (WANs)
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Expertise in working on Microsoft exchange server Management and multi-browser, multi-OS administration
- Expertise in administration of website hosting/ database management, web server hardware and software and e-mail management
- Experience in establishment and maintenance of VPN and Firewalls
- Microsoft Certified System Engineers preferred

Position: Technical Writer (code: AS-TW)
Job Description:
As a Technical Writer, you will develop and write User Manuals, System Documentation, Training material and Project Documentation. You will refine and evolve those processes to incorporate best practices for document management. You will work closely with Configuration Management engineers to help develop and refine processes for the configuration management of documentation and the development of release notes. Assist in the development of proposal and management documentation as time permits, ensuring aesthetic consistency among all outgoing documentation.
Skills:
- 2-3 years of experience in Project Documentation/ Technical Writing
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Experience in HTML and developing web-based content preferred
- Experience in using help authoring tools preferred
- Experience in Desktop Publishing Software preferred

Job Description:
As a Programmer, you will be doing the programming and maintenance for the HTML components of the website.
Skills:

Position: QA Team Lead (code: AS-QTL)
Job Description:
As a QA Team Lead, you will be the Point-of-Contact between the Client and QA teams. You will understand the client requirements, formulate test plans, identify manual and automated testing areas, get the test scripts prepared, oversee the execution of the testing, ensure completion, and ensure accuracy of reporting to the client and timeliness of execution. You will train, guide, mentor, monitor and manage automation and manual testing teams. You will also ensure implementation of Quality standards. You will play an integral role in the QA resource management including the recruitment, training and performance appraisal.
Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in Web/ Software Quality Assurance Testing
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English
- Expertise in QA methodologies
- Experience in managing at least 10-member teams

Position: QA Sr. Automation Analyst (code: AS-SQAA)
Job Description:
As a QA Senior Automation Analyst, you will Plan, Develop and Execute scripts for automated testing of web applications. You will work with the QA Project Lead and QA Automation Lead to identify potential automation areas. You will Log and track defects using TestDirector and conduct Regression testing. You will coordinate with the client for understanding and executing the testing projects. You will participate in site launches and production support fixes.
Skills:
- 5+ years of web-based testing experience using Automated tools (WinRunner/ QTP preferred)
- Expert in writing automated testing scrripts (TSL preferred)
- Experience with TestDirector / LoadRunnner would be a plus
- Exposure to object oriented technologies & SDLC

Job Description:
To conduct functional and usability testing for the interactive website that is managed with dynamic content in a dozen languages, e-tools, multiple access and segmented content dispensation. To conduct manual testing as well as using automated tools like WinRunner, QTP and TestDirector.
Skills:
- Engineering/ Computer Science Graduates Fresh to 2 years experience
- Good English language communication skiills, both verbal and written
- Exposure to web design principles, web programming a plus
- Exposure to MS Office, Internet Browsers, and Outlook etc. would be useful
Position: Customer Support Representative (code: AS-CSR)
Job Description:
As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist US/UK-based customers with their queries and requests. You will use web-based tools to analyze the customers’ issues. You will comprehend and adhere to existing policies/standards. You will be expected to proactively stay up-to-date with the products. You will listen, comprehend and communicate effectively, and recognize/escalate difficult situations.
Skills:
- Very good communication skills in written and spoken English
- Very good knowledge of web-based applications
- Proficiency in MS Windows XP operating system
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a high pressure environment

Position: PHP & Drupal Developer (code: AS-PHPDD)
Job Description:
As a PHP & Drupal Developer you will develop websites and platforms either from scratch or by implementing Open Source Systems like Drupal. Further, you will develop and maintain new modules for existing systems and actively work in the international open source community.
Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL
- Expert in Drupal or willing and able to become one
- Good knowledge of website construction and content management
- Good sense of design and usability
- Good English language skills (German, French or Italian would be a plus)
